FYI: John Willott has been a wonderful resource for the Gullwing Group as he used to own an aerospace machine shop in southern California. He retired several years ago and designed an improved fuel pump which mounts on the injection pump (I know it fits the SL and Sc and would fit the d if it used a mechanical pump on the injection pump). As he is now retiring again, he has sold the fuel pump business to Jerry Hjeltness at 760 746 9966. |

I am reproducing the chassis (VIN) plates for Mercedes from the 1930's to the late 1970's. These are made in Germany and very well made. The plates are cauterised, not laser or silk screen printed as some other cheaper ones are, and can be supplied blank or with your details. I am also reproducing the various other plates, such as the body plates, Karosserie and paint tags, engine number, Bosch horn plates, and, shortly, the Bosch ignition distributor tags.
